Personal data

Purpose of storing personal data

Responsible for your data

I am the data controller when she processes your case. I store the data that you have sent me/given to me in order for me to be able to provide you with the advice and legal assistance that you have requested. I do not use the information for anything else.

Change of information

If you find typos or other gaps in the information, just let me know and I’ll change it. I can also delete the information if you wish. However, I am obliged to save information that you have been a client here, so that I can prevent conflicts of interest from arising later, cf. the rules of legal ethics.

Data portability

I receive cases from other lawyers, and every now and then I have to withdraw from cases before they are completed. If you wish to use another lawyer, you can let me know where the case files should be sent to – then I will hand over the information to the continuing lawyer you have chosen.
